If you really want a laugh, check out this thread where one owner believed his car was a POS because his air conditioner drain hose worked properly.

I went to the dealership and, as you said, they thought it was condensation on the cover. No kinked hose. I don't know how removing the floor mats could correct the problem though.

I posted a message a while back about some TSB for 2001 model S2000's, but got no responses. If you look at the NHTSA website:
http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/tsb/
and look for TSB's on our cars, there are several listed, including one for a dripping A/C in the passenger side footwell.

I would love to get a copy of that, and the one for the boot cover not staying tucked in.

My boot cover was A BIG PROBELM from date of purchase, 4 November 2000. When the cover doesn't tuck in properly it is next to impossible to reach the snaps on the back of the roll bar support. I took it to the dealer several times and the service manager and I struggled with putting the boot cover on and off, not realizing that the trouble was with the top not folding down properly. We tried a carpet tack pulling tool and made a couple of scratches in the plastic near the passenger side inboard snap.

One day in April or May I was driving and put the top down and voila the top tucked properly and the snaps appeared, completely accessable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday, I was at the dealer's to see if my replacement rear window was in yet. I need a new rear window and I need the folding mechanism adjusted or serviced because my top is not tucking properly again. Joe H, the service manager, told me for the first time, he's got a TSB on fixing the improperly folding top. I'll see if I can get it.

Thanks, Barry.

I don't have a problem reaching my snaps - my top doesn't stay fully retracted when driving on bumpy roads. I always give my top a little push after lowering it (before I put the cover on), and it helps somewhat, but it still pops out. It drives me nuts.
