Default Alarm problems from trunk sensor

Today after taking my 02 s2k through a touchless car wash (thanks pollen) my alarm apparently went off while I was out. Initially the alarm had armed fine with the fob. When I went to go try locking and arming it again it gave me 3 beeps like something was open. Opened and shut hood doors and trunk and still beep beep beep. Then I had a tech at work fiddle with the hood latch and it locked fine. 10 seconds after alarm sounded. Then we noticed the car locked fine with the top down. But only once then it was beeping regardless of top position. Now the trunk light came on saying it's open. The light disappeared but it still won't lock with the fob. I did notice after driving it at relatively high speed it WILL lock from fob, but the alarm will go off after a minute, and then it's beep beep beep all over again. Any advice?

TL;DR My car thinks the trunk is open, and I can't lock it with the fob. When I am able to, it takes about a minute for the car to say "HELP SOMEONE IS STEALING SPARE TIRE"

You might have wiring issues with the alarm. Who installed it? Maybe, contact them?

Good luck!
