Default Another engine noise topic

Hey guys got this noise going on with my engine.

Car Is Turbo with 67k miles only 2k miles boosted

Just got the head built:
Supertech inconel valves in/ex
Supertech dual valve springs
supertech TI retainers
Supertech Bronze valve guides
Supertech dual valve spring seats
Supertech Valve seals.
everything else is oem on engine

Just replaced TCT with new OEM
Set valve lash cold to .23mm intake and .27 ex.

seems like the noise is too cyclic to be rod knock but I am not sure.

Perhaps, recheck those clearances. May have loosened up.

Agreed something is not right in the top end, I can't make out any low end sounds.

Possible scored #4 cylinder. Get a bore scope down the plug holes and look where the piston skirt rides. Will appear as wide black marks.

I don't trust any of those cylinder head components and I'm confused why so many people do it.
