Default Ap2 p0339 code

Hey guys i have a 05 s2000 and for some reason i have random p0339 code i already changed the crankshaft sensor with an new oem and it still does it any clues

Follow/trace the wiring harness to the ECU to look for any damage. Do you have a stock ECU?

Any mods or recent work done (other than the CKP)?

It started to do it when it got really cold down here.If i turn off the car and turn in on again it runs good even though it has the cel

did some searching for ya. u said it started after it got cold down your way. maybe your battery is getting weak. I googled that code and it says sometimes a weak battery can cause this or a weak starter motor. heres the link http://engine-codes.com/p0339_honda.html
id be willing to bet if u change your battery and clear that code, it wont come back. its probably sensing a hard start and throwing that code. also check and make sure the ground on the back of the head is still tight and clean, that's where the crank sensor and all engine sensors/ecu circuit ground and wiring shielding/ecu logic grounds are all grounded at...

Yea i disconnected the battery and pulled the ecu fuse

I looked at it and i think its the ground cable on the drivers side.i called honda they are on backorder

to find out, take jumper cable and put one end on the battery neg terminal and other end on a good ground on the body and start it and see what happens
