Default Bogging down? Normal or MAP issue?

Ive noticed this sometimes when my car is not quite warm (barely been in the three bar region for a few minutes) that sometimes when Im at a light for example if i do not give it a little gas before engaging the clutch that the revs will drop down to around 600 or so. Is this normal? If i give it a little gasd to about 1200 or so then start to let the clutch out it seems fine. I notice this most on stops going up a hill. I think its normal but just want to check. Thanks
