well my friend that owns a shop told me not to worry about hydrolock issues. he said if it was hydrolock the car wouldn't even start up. He said it is probably a plug somewhere that is acts up whenever it gets wet. Personally i don't think its hydrolock i've driven in worse situations where i could barely see the car in front of me and haven't had an issue, but this doesn't mean i'm not concerned about the bogging out issue.
Does your friend that "owns the shop" know we have covered coilpacks that don't really care if they get wet. The only way your spark plugs are getting wet is if you're sucking up water into the intake.

Do you have the drain holes under your hood blocked? If not, water is probably collecting in your intake tube when the car is just sitting. The V2 has a filter that points up once it's installed and is more prone to collecting water.

The air intake is surrounded, there is only a few fins that could allow for water to get in from the ground.

Unless you cut out the faux front vent.

If you drive into a flooded area that's as high as the filter, then you will get hydrolock. Otherwise rain from the ground will not have any chance on getting into the filter.

Sounds like humidity is having an effect on a sensor or you might have a vacuum leak.

I would double check all the lines and make sure thier secure while your checking the map sensor
