Default Brake pad change help

I have changed my pads before on the s2k. However this time the piston on the brake was really hard to turn even using a die tool. Even when I did turn it down it didn't go in all the way. I sort of jammed the caliper on and when I drove it down the street and the brake was engaging when driving causing the brake to be really hard. Does this mean the caliper needs to be rebuilt? Any suggestions?

*yes parking brake was off*

I have the same problem!

I can 't seem to fit new pads on my driver side rear caliper, but everywhere else it's easy.

So annoying!

It costs about $120 per side to replace the calipers with re-manufactured parts. That's what I's do.
