I'm a new owner and I observe the same thing on my '05. I find that if I keep the clutch pedal depressed just bit more, the car takes off smoothly. The shaking is more evident when the car is going uphill, even slightly on my driveway.

I think it's a matter of finding a balance between the clutch and accelerator pedal positions. It was initially hard for me because I keep switching between my manual small pickup and the AP2 (transmissions that feel totally different!). But now I think I've gotten the hang of it.
