Default car wont start when the motor is cold.

So the last couple of days my car wont even turn over when i go to start it on a cold motor. It makes a slight humming noise when i hold down the start button. I can bump start it and the car runs fine and if i turn it off after its been running it will start right up. any ideas what the issue could be?

yup its likely your battery, do you still hear the click each time?

get a new battery and look into block heaters if you live in a really cold area
