Default Cars died while driving, starts up, but dies again.

First and foremost car is trubo'd with a Ptuning Kit and tuned. It was running fine for about a month when it unexpectedly happened.

I drove to work fine that morning and was going home from work. I was at a dead stop, accelerated a little and the car ended up bogging and dying down to a complete stop. Tried to start it back up, it reluctantly starts but it'll die again.
If I give it gas, it doesn't respond at all and just bogs down and dies anyway. I get a CEL for P0339, Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent. Billman says this thing pretty much never goes out.
I replace it anyways and it didn't change a thing. I'm over it and don't have time to really diagnose everything myself so I'm going to probably end up towing it to a shop this week.

Just curious to see if anyone has any insight or has dealt with this before.

Update: 12/26 Spent a few hours at the shop with my friend whos a mechanic.

Few things of note:
I have spark at the coilpacks and the spark plugs.
I have fuel from fuel pump to line and to injectors, we pulled the rail off and watched it shoot out.
Compression test checked out just fine.

Have you checked the crank run out?

Ugh! Are you running a heavy-duty, aftermarket clutch?

It could be something else, just saying that would be my first check. Could be an electrical issue, wiring maybe as well. I would just check worst case scenario stuff first.

I'm on the ACT HD PP with OEM disc. Brand new setup and I broke it in for quite some time before I boosted.

Currently thinking it has something to do with fuel pressure. Possibly not getting enough to keep it alive or the pump itself is pumping enough fuel. I do NOT have the SOS relay/wiring kit... But I don't see a short or anything wrong either. Tested 12 volts at the fuel pump.

it means your heavy duty pressure plate is pulling the crank which has now ruined the washer... and likely goodbye engine

Are you running kpro? Check the hondata supplied harness. Mine had pins that were not crimped correctly (wire was loose in the pin)
