Catalytic Convertor studs

I was able to get the nut back on but it went on very hard. It will need to be replaced. One where can I get the stud to replace it and is it a DIY or do I need to take it to a muffler shop. How hard is it to pound these out.

Mine did the same thing. I assume you are talking about the 3 that are pressed into the back end of the CAT. Well, if you take the CAT off you can place it on the floor and with a hammer knock all 3 studs out. I then used 3 new normal bolts/nuts that came with my TP. I
