Default CEL P0411

I know that a lot of people are having trouble with this after installing an air intake. My bone stock 2000 S2000 Threw this code at me a couple of months ago. I took it to the Honda Stealership near my house because I wasn't sure what to do. The estimate came back that the air pump and relay are bad.
Estimate:
parts - 900
labor - 400
Figuring it was probably just the relay I took my car home and took it apart to replace the relay. After replacing the relay the Air pump turns on. it makes a slight whining noise, is that normal? At first it was fine but about the 5th time I started the car the CEL was on and AutoZone told me the code was P0411.
Does anyone know what might be the problem and if I risk any serious damage to my car by driving on it? This is my only mode of transportation.
Thanks

I searched But the only suggestions are stuff I've already tried or based on an aftermarket intake. I tested the air pump and it has continuity which means it's getting power. Also It does turn on. The relay is new. The lines are all connected as far as I could tell. I was just wondering if it's possible there is a clog and that would be causing this and also if it's horribly detrimental to the car as school starts in a few weeks and I can get it checked out by the autotech teacher there (worked on honda for years). I was wondering if it would be okay for regular driving until then.

it's an emissions code. nothing will happen to your car if you keep driving it.

I had that code when I first bought my s I did a search and found out it was some vaccum lines weren't connected to that sensor next to the intake box.
