yeah, just take some 800 grit sandpaper, wet/dry sandpaper that is, take your time with it, and spray evenly, where are you located??

located?? little rock, arkansas or do u mean on the snorkel? but can i not just spray it on?

it is best to smooth it out on and around the scratchs to get the best results but yes you can just spray over it. make sure it is hella clean too. if you were close enough id help you do it but you are alittle far!
