Changing Primary O2 Sensor on Header: How-To Help?
You should go with Denso or NTK sensors.
As far as fixing your issue with the car stumbling on heavy acceleration...it would be strange for an O2 sensor to affect that. The car goes into open loop after a certain throttle percentage.
Your narrow band O2 sensors aren't a primary source of information for fueling when in open loop. That's almost all done via speed/density data (TPS, MAP, IAT, and Knock).
The ECU largely/fully ignores the O2 sensor during open loop. Even an unplugged narrow band O2 sensor shouldn't cause issues in open loop.
But if whatever you did is working then let it work!

I've never had an non OE sensor work well for any appreciable amount of time, is why I say the Bosch won't work.
