I just read this forum and the same thing happened to me but i had filled my tank up a few days before. My car ran fine with the CEL on so I inspected under hood for any loose connection's everthing ok. So i disconnected the battery to reset the enigne light and i had it off for about 4-6 seconds reconnected it my CEL is off and i have over 100 miles since and still no light. "THATS A RELIEVE" i know on most domestic vehicle's the engine light would come back by then. I asuming my car is is going to be ok. Also a nother cool thing is that my radio didn't reset itself it was just fine.
