The Comptech SC kit only uses the ESM, which splices into the MAP sensor. No other sensor inputs are spliced.

Does the CEL recode after clearing?

hi slows2k, it's has not come on again as of yet. "hopefully" the car was just "b*tching at me and somehow threw a CEL, (if that's safe to say)

funny thing was that i noticed once i threw the CEL, it would not rev past 3k. and that was what got me worried before i got it checked. after it cleared the car seems operating back to normal, meaning that it sounds and acts normal. but then again i haven't got on it. and maybe i can try to duplicate the CEL, but hopefully not.

at this point what do you think would be good advice as far was what's happened so far? appreciate your help!

the code was like a "hiccup" and i just decided that i wanted to take it off. i wasn't exactly using the ctsc to it's full potential anyway. so i figured, i'd take it off.
