The bulb to replace the 7440 turn signal bulb is definately more difficult to get in amber than the running light.

how about driving the condensation out. What are the most critical things to do, for not have humid, water steam headlights after installation?

To be honest I just slapped mine together; however I did leave the bulbs out of the sockets for a good long time (waiting to get the right bulbs) and I have not seen a hint of condensation. I would just say let them dry completely in a cool area (not damp) before installing your bulbs.

Back from the dead! Since a few people are ordering their Ricks USDM clear diffusers right now this will come in handy. I think they have these instructions on their site also.

Damn, this looks awesome.

I'm way to lazy to do it though.
