ive got a clicking noise from the rear of the car when im in nuetral. ill start out then put in nuetral and it will start clicking. i have a 2000 s2k. yesturday i punched it in second and the rear wheels locked up WTF. please help

rear wheels locked up? please explain..... you did a 1st to 2nd shift or just punched it in 2nd? and they locked up, like ebreak lockup?

 

yeah like ebreak lock up, i punched it second gear and the wheels locked up for about two seconds. i just pull ed th differential drain plug and found metal shavings and chunks

 

Look on the bright side, now you can get some 4.77's
