i had the same problem... i dropped off the car today to the dealer to get the bolts retorqued hopefully itll solve the problem... if not... would the problem be inner or outer joints? where can i get the tools to replace the joint?

If your car is out of warranty, is the TSB work still free?

 

in that photo, it says 00-02. do 03's apply? mine makes the single pop/click noise too when i select 1st or R.
