I occasionally get a clunk noise when shifting into 2nd and 3rd. I know many have talked about the clunk noise when shifting into first from neutral at a stop light. This is the same "clunk" noise. Changed my differential fluid about 1000 miles a go to Mobile 1 75w90.

I get the same clunk until the fluids get nice and hot, then I can only hear it slightly when going into 1st. But yeah I have the same exact thing, it clunks ever so slightly from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd and also into reverse.

I think my fluids are old despite the dealership telling me otherwise when I bought the car...
