Default Clutch Bleed DIY?

I just had my new clutch installed (Competition Clutch Stage 2) and the peddle is really really loose right now and my fluid is pretty black. I've been searching around trying to find the DIY for the clutch bleed, but the one I find the link is no good anymore =[

Perhaps I'm missing something? Can someone find a DIY or just give me instructions? Thank you =]

since the fld is black, flush out your system by gravity bleeding it. easiest way (but slowest) to do it is to just crack open the bleeder and let all the fluid drain out. add dot 3 or 4 brake fluid until the new fluid comes out of the bleeder. next step is to close the bleeder, fill the master with fresh fluid and install the cap. with someone's help, have that person step on the clutch and hold it down, you then open the bleeder for a second or two then close the bleeder. once the bleeder is closed, have your helper release the pedal and repeat the steps till all the air is out of the system. constantly check the clutch master to ensure that it does not run out of fluid.

it's to the left (driver's side in America), next to the brake master cylinder. the cap will say use dot 3 or 4 brake fluid. and yes, it is mounted against the firewall.
