Default Coil Pack Connetor Pins

I have a broken coil pack connector on my S2000. I have the new pins and a new connector. How do I remove the old pins? Do they come out from the wire side or connect side?
Do I need a pin extraction tool?

Thanks

Jim

first u must pull out the blue piece inside the connector, then a pick to push up on the pin release inside the connector. the wire and connector will pull out from the wire side. dont use jewelers screwdrivers, use a nice sharp pick to "grab" the release and pull up on it slightly. using something dull like screwdriver u run the risk of mesing up the release and making it hard to "grab" the release. if the actual coilpack is broke, u will have to buy a new coil pack as its a one piece unit.

i recently redid my own engine harness, posted in this thread i made are some tools that may help you
