de-badging question
I removed my emblem with fishing line, stronger than dental floss. As far as removing the adhesive, i used goo-gone. Works very well, just apply and let sit for a few minutes, then you can rub the adhesive out with your fingers and nail.
IMHO, removing the "S2000" and leaving just the pimple of a side marker, cleared or not, looks odd. I ran like that for some time after someone hit my car. Now that I'm shaved(front/rear badges, side markers, keyhole for trunk, antennae), the car seems like its lacking something. I'm going to wait until I see the new rims on the car before deciding whether or not to add something to breakup the paint.

Well, i didn't leave mine off. I put on the black chrome kit. I agree, the shaved look is kinda nekked.
