Deceleration noise on 07?
Hello all. I have read the numerous threads posted about the clutch buzz TSB. My queston is this, should this still be common on an 07 model?
I am not sure if the sound in coming from the exhaust or the engine. Its hard to tell, but if defintely only happens upon deceleration between 3-4k and goes away whey the gas or clutch pedals are pressed in.
I havent had a chance to get under the rear yet to see if anything is loose. But its been going on as far as I can remember. I bough the car new with 10 miles on it. It now has around 8k. If its not common I guess I will take in to honda, but I would have thought this problem was fixed by 07. Does anyone know this for sure?
Thanks

No aftermarket anything. Its all stock.
Weird thing is its the exact same symptoms. It sounds more from the rear and exhaust.
I guess I was hoping someone would reply back and say ... I have an 07 too and its the exhaust heat shield, tighten the two bolts by ... lol
I had great luck with the tips on this forum about the top ticking noise on drivers side in cold weather. Found a thread that pointed out the exact spot and it was right on. I guess I was hoping to get lucky twice.
