Default Distinct engine noise troubleshooting

Would appreciate some advice on what to look for next time i have a chance to tinker with the S2K. Engine sounds and runs very smooth and quiet except for a clacking noise. Brand new built head was installed(head was upgraded car ran perfect, no noise before)

I cant turn my volume up very loud right now, but what I do hear may be an exhaust leak in the manifold. But, maybe it sounds different with the volume up higher

Its more of a metallic clank thats the issue, the rest sounds alot louder on video than in person. In the second video its more pronounced. Im going to remove valve cover and check valve clearances and cam bearings. Hopefully i just forgot to tighten a valve adjuster or something simple.

Also i disabled each injector and ignition coil per cylinder. No noticable difference was heard.

Update: Cyl#3 intake valves were bent. Engine was cranked with timing chain disconnected
