I'm still waiting for the dyno charts Chris.
I can't stand it anymore.

Lots of people want dyno charts, I am getting closer and closer to being ready to do that. I am running at 19-20 psi now, but the car is running incredibly rich so I am slowly pulling fuel out. Also the older version of AEM Pro didn't support their VTEC fuel addition function which added a % of fuel when VTEC engages. The new version does, so I have 10% fuel added when VTEC engages, but I already have a huge jump in the fuel map so I have ungodly amounts of fuel being dumped in, in boost.

Yesterday morning I made huge progress in getting cruising fuel economy down. I think my car is pretty close to stock fuel economy just driving around town (vacuum).

Also throttle response issues that I have have been having are getting better and better.

And lastly, I advanced ignition a little in the mid range and very slightly at top end to make it feel more solid and try and clear up a break up when doing a 3rd gear pull which developed when I increase boost levels.

Chris

PS-Chris Daneck, and Pappy have gone for rides if they're interested in posting impressions

Just drive over to Louisiana and give me a ride. I would post good reviews.
Patiently waiting,
Barrett.

Chris took me for a quick ride, I was definitely impressed how fast the turbo spools... It can spool 19-20 pounds without any additional noticable delay from 10 pounds. The engine sounds a bit raspier when he gets the throttle, but for the most part, it sounds stock (the exhaust makes a far more noticable difference). I was impressed with the PMS, looks like it is pretty full featured... maybe a bit overwhelming to set up but once you strap on your training wheels you'll be able to do just about anything with it: cjb had his set up to make coffee and knit sweaters at idle.

Did I forget anything? Oh, yeah. It pulls very hard. And I say this having all the experience of riding in 800 hp supras. This thing is a little monster.

For the love of God DYNO DYNO DYNO!!!

Seriously, this thing sounds like a beast with a lot of work done for 20Gs. Kinda kicking myself for getting the extended warranty now!

Oh well, who am I kidding, I can't afford to dump 20G's into my car.

(yet)

Thanks for the review Chris

It's funny how Pappy, and Chris both said "wow, it idles really well" in completely seperate instances.

Anyways, I had another shop offer to dyno my car for free, this one is in Ft Lauderdale, and I think I am going to take him up on it. It won't be this weekend, or the next (owner is out of the office), but the weekend after. If I decide to do it, I will have to drive the car over to Ft Lauderdale which is about an hour and a half or so from here. Dyno, and then drive back.

Hopfully I don't break any drivetrain components!!

Chris
