Default driver side front sagging

Hey guys, my driver side front is lower than the passenger side and I was wondering if you guys think it its the shock? I've been lowered on espelir springs on original shocks for almost 3 years now (I have an 03 ap1). If it is the shocks I was thinking of just picking up a used set from an ap2 and having them switched out. Thanks.

Sounds like the shock. Jack it up and check for extra oil on the piston compared to a healthy shock. If you don't see any, doesn't mean it ain't broken. Complete testing would require removal, or at least unscrewing the top mount. Ap2 shocks have different valving due to different spring rates. I wouldn't run them in your AP1.
