Default Driver's side window doesn't go down /w top

About 1/4 the time when I put my top down, the driver's side window no longer goes down with it. It still works just fine when I press the switch, but it doesn't always go down by itself. I never noticed this for the first few months I owned the car, it just popped up recently.

Any ideas? Is this a known issue?

It's a known issue. You've got a bum window regulator. Honda has a TSB on this and have developed a new regulator for the car. Don't know if your car is still under warranty. They may not honour a TSB if you're out of warranty.
This may be a temporary (or permanent) fix:

If this doesn't fix it for good and you can't get the TSB done for free, you might want to get an Autoloc device (about 50 bucks). This fixes it and gives you auto UP and DOWN. A new regulator costs hundreds of $$$$.
