Default ECU throwing code after intake modification

Heyah howdy. My friends and i were putting a Koyo radiator in my S a few weeks back. Problem is, the radiator was so big that we had to remove my airbox. In the process of removing the airbox a hose was left just sitting there (did go into the passenger's side of the airbox i believe). And now my car's ECU is throwing a code, i forget what the specific description was, had something to do with intake tho, so i'm assuming that hose is causing the problem. As of now i have it ziptied up by my intake for easy access.

Would it be ok to just clog the sucker up, remove it, or what? Thanks very much in advance!

-Josh

p.s. i was going to do a search for the problem, but really couldn't think of what to search for

It all has to be hooked up exactly, or the CEL will never go out.

Like so...note the direction of the little white check valve....
