Default ?Electric Window Problem?

Hi I could use some troubleshooting. Top up, no problem, both windows go down automatically. Top down, driver's window stays up and passenger down - automatically. I just had a shot add an amp and air horns and I want to figure out who to blame - shop? or Honda? Thanks for all advice.

This issue has been discussed... There is a problem with the motor assembly (may not be correct name, I forgot what they called it). Once you have them replace it under warrenty it works fine. One of the other members said it may fail again... so, far mine has been working for about a month.

Good luck.

O.K I went back to my service receipt... The exact name honda used is "window regulator". They have two part numbers

FP #: 6240436

&

72250-S2A

Hope that helps...
