Default Electrical O2 Simulator - Where?

I've got a Berk test pipe on my car, and from speaking to the guys there, it seems that the MY06+ s2k's seem much more likely to thow a CEL, even with the built in fix the test pipe has or the homemade anti-fouler trick.

So, I guess I need to find a good O2 simulator.

Before I hear cries for the search function, I've tried it, and it seems that all the good threads on it are from about 4 years ago, and most of the companies have dried up. Casper's seems to be around still, but it seems the reliability isn't too great after the MY02 or 03's.

The ECG o2 simulator seems to be a good one......but of course I can't find anywhere that sells it anymore.

You can do Berk with mechanical fix + anti-fouler. If you need to, you can put TWO anti-foulers in addition to the mech fix.

Then buy a $20 OBD tool to reset the infrequent CELs.

I have the O2 simulator on my 2002 I have had it for years now. Before the double fowler trick was discovered I bought the sim off Ebay for $60.00 I think. I will check to see if they still sell them and get back to you

Yeah...guess I should clarify that I am having a CEL from the test pipe.

Plus, the berk already has the mechanical fix built into it; already the equivalent of the two anti-foulers.

I got the Comptech O2 eliminator on my MY00, works great and it's plug'n play. Comptech is out of biz but you can do a search on google and see if anyone else have 'em, ordered mine from Evasive so you might want to check there first.

Yes, I know. I had the same thing. Would still get the occasional CEL.

Put one additional antifouler on the end of the Berk mechanical one and Voila!!

My 04 threw a cel with the old style berk where the mech. fix was at a 45 angle instead of a 90 like it is now. I went to a Megan resonated tp with the 42002 anti-foulers and havent had a cel now for 4000 miles.

My MY00 still threw a CEL even after 3 anti-fouler on a T1R testpipe, picked up the Comptech O2 Eliminator and it's completely gone.
