My rears are Dunlop SP Sports 9000: 225/15 ZR 16s

Oil filter is definately Honda (same blue coloring), can't make out the exact type as that would require me being underneath the car. I'm not too sure as to whether it was renewed at my last service here in Amsterdam though, it looked a little dirty.

Do you know a good dealer in the Amsterdam area? I use Van Nieuwkerk right now, but I'm not too sure about their assessments. I have taken the TCT issue to them before, but they just told me it was the oil.

Non OEM (Bridgestone S-02) should be 245/45/16.

Does Heerhugowaard count as Amsterdam area for you?
If so.. Honda Welman is pretty good.
They have several S2000's in for maintenance (including mine when it comes to parts and bigger jobs), even people from A'dam IIRC.
They know what they are doing.
(they found the Honda Marine oil for the diff )
