My pressure gauge is on a sandwich adapter. I use Honda labeled Mobil 10w30 non-synthetic.

Pull the girdle off. I'll bet you have a spun main bearing between cylinder 2 and 3. Hopefully the crank is not damaged.
Check the crankshaft for trueness.
