I notice the same w/ my Neuspeed, but I only got a real loud pop once and that was before I got it.

I was up around 9000rpm and let off and used the engine brake and BAM. That was the only time it ever happened.

I figure the quieter stuff is usual, just cant hear it with a stock cat-back.
