Almost positive it's right above the filter on the VTEC solenoid.

Thanks for the link, but my light doesn't stay on that long. Wondering if it's a thing with the oil possibly. I could just be a little paranoid, but usually if the light is on a half second, it can be a lifetime.

Picked up a new Honda filter this morning. Just installed it. I noticed that once I started unscrewing the filter(when it starts to leak), it seemed that not a lot of fluid came out. I guess we'll see. Gonna give the car some time to sit and see what happens.

Also, I noticed with this last oil change, that after putting about 5.2 quarts in(one of those 5+ quart jugs) and letting the car sit for a few hours, the oil would be at the "H" mark on the dipstick. I always remembered after adding about that much oil, it would be exactly between the H and L. Another reason why I was thinking anti drain back valve. If I would check it about 20 minutes after running it, it would be in the middle, but if it sat for more than a couple hours, it would be at the H. I doubt almost a half quart would continue to drain into the pan after a couple hours.

Waited about 4 hours to start the car with the new filter. I'm sure it's all in my head at this point, but seemed to go out a bit quicker then before. It's probably only on for about a second, which I think seems normal. It goes out right when the tach reaches the peak RPM on startup(about 2k RPM). But immediately after shut down, and restart, it goes out instantly. Guessing this is due to oil filled in all the galleries, and if the car sits too long, everything drains to the pan?

I know this seems to go back to the basics, but it's been about 4 months since I've been in an S2000, and I'm just trying to readjust. I do recall my 06 would flicker a bit on cold starts. Maybe this is just the same thing, but no flicker.
