Same here except I'm not going to switch to synthetic til 15k.
its the most important time for any car is the 1st couple thousand miles.. why not put the best oil you can find.. as soon as you can.. alot of high end cars and all bmw come factory filled with synthetic
i dont see why you would put dyno oil back in when it not the same as the factory filled oil. i did my 1st oil change around 5k 15% been synthetic since and has 13000 miles on her.. i know i dont drive it much.. just got a bike and its soooo much funner haha and top down

This thread is full of oil newb retardedness. Leave the factory fill break-in oil in your engine until your oil life indicator tells you to change it. The Honda engineers are smarter than you. Not sure about the new manuals, but the older ones specifically mentioned NOT switching to synthetic oil right away since it can prolong the break-in process. Also, you can not judge oil by its color so don't say OMG its black gotta change it ASAP! Depending on the car oil can turn black within 1k miles and still have over 10k in life left in it.

LMAO at some of the internet geniuses.

There is a reason why some people are Honda Engineers and why some are just internet fan boys wasting money changing oil every 500 miles. noobs!

thats why honda engineer wanted you to put all these on your car too huh..
KW V3 Coilovers | BBS LM Wheels | Toyo T1R Tires | APR CF Cooling Plate

i sure KW engineer spent more time on the S2000 suspension than honda did.. thats why KW makes that same suspension for hundreds of other cars

are you running wider tires as well? cuz i got something for that too if you are

Right again genius. Now you're a mind reader too?

How about learning some proper grammar and spelling before you go on the offensive?

If you really want me to address your stupid response since you know everything including the fact that I already knew lowering the car the amount I did would sacrifice handling of the stock car. There are even a few members here who I've said that to even before I lowered my car. My words exactly: "I better enjoy the car stock as long as I can because I know it'll never handle the same lowered."

But then again you already knew that I have no plans whatsoever to track the car and is my third car that just so happens to be a project car where looks are more important where I CHOSE TO sacrifice some handling as a trade off.

Go play internet genius elsewhere fan boy.

But sure, in the meantime go ahead and tell me what you think of my setup and how you think things should be. Genius.
