That bleeder is part #21 and about 10 buck from your local dealer http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...NTAKE+MANIFOLD

To replace this I would just remove and install the new part on a stone cold motor with the front of the car jacked up to make that the highest point. I don't see anything else that needs replaced. What other part did you think you needed to replace?

in the pic, where it looks like it has branches sticking out. would it be leaking from that valve as well? or is it from the bleed valve that makes it look like that.

That branch as you called it is part of the intake manifold and is pressed in at the factory. I highly doubt that is the source of the leak. It most likely collected the coolant from the bleeder valve just above it. I would replace the 10 dollar part and see if that fixes the issue.

damn that took forever to find

anyways, ive finally got around to replacing that valve but it still leaks from there. would it be safe just to weld that piece shut? or is there something else i can do to stop the leak but still keep the valve functional?

Is it leaking from the threads or what? If you replaced the part with a new one, then it has to be the line.

Not to sound like a retard but when you say "the line" which part would that be? The threads you're referring to before that?
