yea if your tranny grinds this stuff seems to fix it, I just went back to it after running other stuff for a while and the misshifting on track went away

I use it. Prefer it to Amsoil and Honda.

I've heard good things. I have an Si trans that is going in my civic project that has a 3rd gear grind, and i was going to run GM Synchromesh in it to see if it would help.

I switched from Honda MTF to this stuff in my last change. I noticed a slight difference in shift feel, less notchiness and smoother shifts. About the same amount of grind.

Meh. I tried it a few times. Similar initial improvement to shifting as a fresh fill of Honda's stuff, but seemed to deteriorate faster.
