Raising this one up. Are all the equipment necessary to install included? They might not be mounted but the kit is included assume?

I just installed my OEM hardtop this weekend. Those that didn't have to bang or cut anything to install the side catchers, I'd like to know how you did it. I have a 02 and the person whom I bought the hardtop from has an 02 as well. He had bends where you install the catchers. Instead of whacking mine's with a hammer, I grinded it with a rotary tool instead. I wonder what Honda was thinking when they designed the side catchers.

If I didn't have to make that modification, it would only take like 10 mins to install the hardtop. 4 bolts on each side to install the side catchers. The hardtop side latches were already on the top as well as the two clamps at the front of the hardtop. But that's just another 3 or 4 bolts on the sides and 2 screws in the front. Since 02 already has the defroster wiring, you just have to plug things up and you're set.

Upon driving with the hardtop, it rattled like crazy. I shoulda set the side catchers as far back as possible as there's like a few mm of play. But I didn't want to remove everything again, so I wrapped some electrical tape to the front clamps and gave it some tension so it's tighter. But I haven't driven it yet since to see if that worked. But there was no tension before like when you clamp down the soft top.
