well, thanks for the save... i realy needed that... cause a mechanic from a certain honda dealer said that we better NOT put GM when we change the tranny fluid, coz its realy gonna bother the tranny.......

and yeah, so far everything ryt now is fine...

and yeah, one quick question... when do i change tranny and diff fluid again??? i just changed it now.... pls give an estimate... im @ 62xxx on my mileage...

Well...this would be a matter of personal preference. The recomendations in your owners manual are good to go by in terms of intervals. I have changed my diff oil numerous times. My car only has 23k miles. I have also changed my trans oil at least 3-4 times. (prolly overkill)

Do whatever floats your boat, make you feel good. With primarily spirited driving, combined with the occasional track day, it dun't hurt to shorten the intervals. I'm not suggesting you shorten your intervals, but I would suggest looking in your owners manual.

Some peeps change the diff oil every 15k miles, again, whatever make you tingly inside, although for the diff, it ain't a bad idea to shorten the drain interval recommended by Honda.
