Is it the same dyno as your previous runs? Different dynos put up different numbers.

After all the posts complaining about weak VTEC crossovers, I'm surprised to read one complaining that they are getting too MUCH kick when VTEC changes over.

Just to follow up, I made a list of common maintenance items to try and started with the MAP whack. I got on the highway following tapping the sensor lightly for a minute and the crossover is *much* smoother and the car feels a little stronger. Maybe I'll add this to my list of things I do while the oil drains when I change it.

Its not weak crossover on the F22, its more power below VTEC switchover so you feel less kick. If you feel VTEC kick on an F22 like an F20, something is amiss.

I think what I've seen on other F22 dyno plots is hp bump from ~140 hp to ~160 at VTEC switch over, so it looks like your car is making less power before VTEC transition. F20s are more typical of ~120hp pre-VTEC and ~160 by 6500rpm.

Thanks for the follow-up! Too many times when a problem gets solved, nobody ever tells what the fix was. Now hopefully this will pop up when people search for a problem!
