Passenger side headlight had condensation in it from the previous owner damaging it. wentthrough a couple bulbs and a ballast and got tired of always tearing it apart every two weeks. So I spent 700 bucks getting all new parts for my headlight on hondaautomotiveparts.com. parts came in.... put it all in the car flip the lights on and.... low beam flickers, and switch to high beam... it all shuts off. checked bulb, changed ignitor wire, made sure connections were tight, made sure the ground wire wasnt shorting out on something... nothing worked. Any ideas? im pulling my hair out on this one.
