Hi all:

I've had the Clifford 600 alarm system installed a few months ago, with which I am not too happy at present, since it is broke. I have an appointment on Monday to go into the shop where they will fix the problem (it's a faulty sensor).

Also, ever since the install, my remote trunk opener is not working anymore. It used to work with the Honda Alarm that I had fitted when I bought it (which is such a piece of crap that my insurance company does not accept it, hence my need for something like the Clifford).

The Clifford unit has a signal hook-up wire for the trunk release relais, but if only I knew which wire it is that I need to tell the installer to hook it up to! I know it is somewhere in the car, and maybe under the dash, but which one is it????? Since they will be working on it on Monday, they can easily add the function (again) *sigh*

Can anybody point me in the right direction, please???

Can it be that the wire that goes to the button in the glove box is in fact the actuation wire for the trunk release relais?? It seems too heavy duty to me...
