there arent any plugs/wires to plug in. there is one actually in the middle of the hub, however nothing on the steering wheel to plug into. I'm not sure how it is suppose to look like. Any suggestions would be a great help!

Sounds like the thieves cut the connector on the cable reel behind the steering wheel, or broke the reel. Got a pic?

The airbag, horn and cruise will not work until they are all connected through a cable reel.

assuming the thieves cut the wires, will it be expensive to repair?

I bought another one from a member on here, and installed it. (very easy) However that wasnt the only problem. My horn doesnt work, the srs light is on the dash, and finally I dont have the cruise control buttons. I'm sure I can get the cruise control buttons and install them. Please tell me what I need to have a functional horn, and fix the srs issue. Thanks in advance for the help!
Why did you opt for buying a steering wheel without cruise control buttons in the first place?

Why didnt you just go to Honda and get what you need. When these thieves steal from the car, they screw it up to. With my theft they seemed like screwed up my air bag as well as my seats being removed. I lost a few parts there that had to be ordered....still waiting on on. A body shop did all the repair work.
