So yesterday I went on a drive to Big Sur as it was a beautiful day and about half way there I noticed a High Pitched Hum or Squeal. It is most predominant when I am on the gas but goes away slightly when I let off the throttle. The most interesting part is that when I put in the clutch it goes away. I know that this is a new sound for this car and the only thing that has changed is that I recently did a oil change. Any ideas of what it could be, it is really starting to be annoying.

 

i have a hum in the 2k-4k rpm range. no one told me what my problem was either. I thought about a pully having bad berrings?
But i also read that modified intakes have a huming noise to, but i think the hum im hearing is not intake...
