How hard is it to replace the entire diff?

Me too....

The biggest problem I had was that the propshaft kept getting in the way when I was tyring to pull the diff out...what did you guys do about that?

I jammed a wooden wedge between the shaft and the "U" strap to hold it up and out of the way.
