Arrow I think i have a Tranny issue .. need help plez

Ok so lets make this long story short. I purchased my S about 5 months ago and it had alot of stuff done to it ... One being that the Previous owner had a shop install a CC Compatition Clutch Stage 3 Sprung Clutch. Now i know that the service on island is not the greatest and this would have been something that i would have installed but now i am starting to have tranny issue or atleast i think i am.

Currently the car does not like to go in to reverse with out a little effort or putting it in 1st then putting it in reverse kinda makes it alittle easier. Also shifting from 2 thur 5 it has a little esistation going in to gears like the syncros are not aligning properly or quickly enought and then goes in to gear .. the main gears that give me trouble are 3rd and 4th. The one thing that odds me is that if you press on the clutch and give it alittle more rev than letting it go down it wants to shift fine well sometimes or it just keeps giving me the same problems ... Also on that note i have noticed that if i rev it to say 7500 in 1st is does not want to go in to second .. there is a huge hesitation .. and i do not like forceing things to go where they are supose to so i let the revs drop and then it goes in just fine.

Like i said alot of this is baffleing me and i am damn tired of letting my friend in a miata spank me due to the car just not wanting to do.

So the real question is what is screwed up and is it fixable with out rebuilding or purchasing another tranny ? Is this something that the shop that installed the clutch could have done ? did they install the clutch incorrectly ?? Does the clutch i have in it now just suck ?? I still have the OEM clutch and could be re installed !!

Before anyone ask have i changed the tranny fluid !!! I have and it helpped a little but no much. My biggest thing is that if i can fix it now before it is completely screwed i will. I live on an island and it iskinda hard to get stuff here !!!

Thanks for any help or sudjestions that people can provide me !

If video would help with showing you what i am seeing i might be able to hook that up ... Thanks a bunch

Patrick

Sounds like the clutch may not have been installed correctly and is not fully engaging.

That is something else i forgot to mention .. The clutch is fully engaging and i think disengageing but one other thing i forgot to metion was that if the parking brake is off and puth the clutch peddal all the way to the floor when i put it in first is kinda seems like it wants to start going forward .. but the clutch deffinately has a engage and disenagement point ...

Your clutch disc is dragging, 100%.

Rusted spine, or incomplete disengagement.
