Default immobilizer is killing me

i have a s2000 that was flooded,i have been putting it back together for six months now.i have changed every wire harness on the entire car,new headlights, all relays, all switches, radio, door panels, all electrical motors, and finally the ecu......i had to replace the intake on my car andremove the head to do some head work.i have all of my interior back together and my motor is back together enough to try and start it or at least test everthing.turn the key and all of the electrical functions work the way they should, but my car will not start.my coils all have power but they are not getting the signal to fire.then i read in my service manual that i have a immobilizer and since i changed out my ecu i am screwed.i bought the ecu from someone on this site but i erased his info.can anyone help me with this,is there anyway around the immobilzer any help would be appreciated.i tried the dealer and they said i would have to tow the car in.i really don't want to do that since i am not totally finished with my car and i don't want them messing with it.if anyone can help me you can pm me or email me sandjjhj@hotmail.com or someone can even call me 504 615 2751.

The dealer may be your only option. The ECU needs to be able to recognise the immobilzer signal. You can't do this at home.

IF you got the "new" ecu's key with the Ecu, you may be able to tape the new key to the old one to get it to start. IF you can do that, there's a programming method that you can do to get the new ecu to recognize your old key. But if you don't have the key to match to the new ecu, I think you have to take it to a dealer.

You could pop the old ECU in temporarily if you still have it, drive it to the dealer, do the swap, and let them program it if you wanted.

my old ecu is nothing but corrosion and rust,i bought my new ecu from someone on this board who lives in florida but i don't remember who it was.i was just trying to find out if it was possible to defeat or bypass the immobilizer because i just put my car back together and i really don't want the dealer trying to start it up since i just put my head and intake back on.i have heard that there was a way to defeat the immobilizer but talking about it is taboo if it is possible who would i talk to.

you've received your answers and only options, so since immobilizer issues are touchy I'm going to close this. good luck!
