If it was me, rather than buying a new block I'd have the block sleeved and put in new CP piston. If you are not planning to up the boost too much, you could go with 10:1 compression ratio. I'm guessing here, but you could probably do the block and pistons for about $2000 if you use the stock rods. New bearings and retainers would be in order also.

i saw above you turned the nut on the FPR a few times before you went and ran the dog shit out of your car?

Thats not too smart, All you did was you overloaded the engine way to many time. WIth FI you can be supre repetitive, over and over. Looks like you learned your lesson!

Spun bearings dun't go "knock, knock, knock". When a bearing spins, the crankshaft no longer spins
