Larger injectors + higher boost pulley = problem?

Not sure if this helps, but we gained approx 25hp between the Comptech provided pulley and the 7# one from Tech2. That was the only thing we changed during that session. With that we were at 310 rwhp. After using only a VAFC-II, we got 317 peak, but gained over 20 ft.lbs. in the mid section. I would venture going up 2#'s would allow you about a 20-25 hp jump provided you add the necessary items to keep you safe.

All my numbers have been achieved with stock injectors, stock internals. The stock plugs were used when dyno'ing to 310. We used copper plugs when we hit 317. I'll be selling my Denso IK24's very soon. They have only 500 miles on them. I will be opting for inspecting/replacing plugs frequently as a means of preventative maintenance.

All depends on how much you want to spend. when you start tearing your motor apart, thats where the wallet really starts to get hot

Yea, i understand that it takes alot of time and money, but I just need more power.
I guess around 3k to spend not including AEM EMS and installation/tunning would be a good price for me to spend. I was looking at kingmotorsports.com and I saw some parts.

-TODA VTEC Killer Camshafts or
TODA Billet Camshafts or something else? Also, what size would I want?

-TODA Cam Gears

-Mugen Fan Switch

-TODA Forged Piston Kit or something else?

-Hondata Heatshield Intake Manifold Gaskets

-RC 550cc injectors

-Mugen Thermostat

-TODA Valve Springs

-AEM EMS

-Spearco Radiator...would this make any difference?

There are a few questions in that list that I would like to get some inout on and if anyone has other suggestions on parts or the entire setup, please let me know. Like I said, I am in the dark when it comes to this and am just looking at stuff that are from some good comapnies. I don't know how well this complies to my budget, but I guess I can always alter it.

As for the 9psi pulley, is there any other pulley that wouyld allow me to run higher boost (assuming that it would be safe with these internals). Thanks!
